The UNFRAMED perimeter of the work should be no greater than 40 cm. Not all small works qualify as Miniatures. Please check the definition in the Terms and Conditions. You may enter up to 12 Miniatures at $12.50 per work. If you are entering a mix of Miniatures and standard works, note that two miniatures is equivalent to one standard work.

Exhibitors are required to contribute to the operation of the exhibition through two rostered time slots or the equivalent service in organizing the exhibition. Select three different times and two will be allocated to you. Entrants may ask a family member or friend to stand in for them. That person does not have to be an ASOC member. If you are 85+ you are ineligible for rostered duties and need not find a replacement. Select the 85+ button. You may specify any requirements, e.g. if you need a seated task, or if you are a Distant Member and need to do your duties on particular days. Roster places will generally be allocated on a first-in basis.

There is a limit of 20 ready-to-frame works per member. Only ready-to-frame artworks entered via this form will be accepted at the Exhibition. A one-off registration fee of $5 applies for entering ready-to-frame artworks. There is a 25% commission on sales. Items must be priced in whole dollars. Each item must be packaged in cellophane and labelled with the exhibitor’s unique code for that item (artist’s 3 initials plus 2 digits). You must supply your own display stand.

There is a limit of 100 cards per member. Only cards entered via this form will be accepted at the Exhibition. Items must be priced in whole dollars and the minimum price for a card is $4. Batch your cards together according to their price rather than their subject matter. For example, all $6 cards in one batch, all $8 cards in one batch, all $10 cards in one batch. Each item must be packaged in cellophane and labelled with the exhibitor’s code for that batch. The code will be three initials of the artist's name and three digits, e.g. MJB001. You must supply your own display stand. There will be no packets of cards for sale this year. A one-off registration fee of $5 applies for entering cards. There is a 25% commission on sales.
