PRESENTATION OF ARTWORK FOR EXHIBITION

Presentation must be of a professional standard. Artworks must be ready for secure hanging with two D-rings and taut wire attached. Digital work printed on acrylic or metal, for example, may use an alternative secure hanging arrangement. Sharp ends of wire must be taped. Frames, mats and glass must be clean and in good condition. Works with frames or mats that are damaged, worn or showing obvious signs of repair will not be accepted. Works that cannot be hung securely will not be accepted.

Paintings must be dry, sealed, neatly finished, and preferably not painted on very heavy material.

Artworks must be clearly marked on the reverse with the exhibitor’s name, telephone number, email address, title of artwork, media used, hanging category and price.

PRESENTATION OF UNFRAMED ARTWORK AND CARDS FOR THE SALES AREA

Only items included on the Entry Form will be accepted for sale. Each item should be packaged neatly and securely in cellophane and labelled with its exhibitor’s code. This is the code that you assigned to it on your entry form, e.g. JAP01, JAP02 for artworks, MJB001, MJB002 for cards. You must supply your own display stand.
